OUR RESERVATION POLICY – “TENNESSEE TRUST”
Send no money. Put away your credit card. Complete the reservation form below and submit it. When you complete and submit the form, you will receive an instant confirmation to print off. If you entered your email address correctly, you will also receive an email confirmation. Your confirmation guarantees you a campsite. Pay when you get here (cash only). If your plans change, let us know as soon as possible. It’s OK. We trust you, and we are glad to have you as our guest. If the spot we have provided is not satisfactory, we will do our best to find one that is, if you notify us immediately upon arrival.
In the comments section, please include the name of the person who will be occupying the site if it is not you and the type of camping unit. If you are reserving more than one site, please identify each site reserved as one of a group of sites and supply a group name. You may also reserve extra sites for “extra space” if you wish. Do one reservation per site. If you know the site identification for a site you regularly occupy, include it here. If you would like a particular type of site or location please add it here. Also include any other information you think might be relevant to help us pick a suitable site for you.
We reserve the right to cancel any and all reservations with 45 days of the event.
